I had looked for a property to buy in no broker app. They told me to pay *L in advance to get the documents and contact details of the owner. If the documents are not proper, they promised to refund the amount. I paid the amount of * Lakh and received the documents on which I found out that the house is mortgaged with GHMC which wasn't informed to me earlier. When I contacted no broker to refund the money, they are asking me to contact the Seller and that they wont play any part in it.
I contacted the Seller and he paid me RS **,***, which was the amount no broker had transferred to him after deducting the commission and he is asking me to contact no broker for the remaining amount.
Both of them are sending me back and forth.
Ultimately, I had paid *L to No broker with the promise of them returning the amount in case of issues within a month, which they are failing to do so.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
