Muralidhar Bairy/Parijatha Pittala filed complaint against Nobroker on May 20, 2022
Hi,
I have taken Super MoneyBack Plan to sell my flat located in Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana ******.
The plan cost was Rs. *****. Nobroker promised to sell my property in ** days and if it is not sold for any reason money back of amount Rs. ***** will be refunded.
Now it has been * months since I have taken the plan. Neither the flat got sold nor the refund been provided.
I have been sending email to the Nobroker support team and constantly calling the customer support. Every time I get a call saying refund will not be provided.
Below lines have been shared to me in the email about refund guidelines.
We advise you to carefully read our refund policies :
Amount minus the service fees of Rs. **,*** will be refunded
If you decide to discontinue the plan after * months of payment, please inform your Relationship Manager and amount minus the service fees of Rs. *,*** will be refunded
Refund has to be claimed within a week of plan expiry or end of * months
For claiming the refund, you just need to submit a valid copy of your sale deed, if closed via other source
The sale deed should match the requirement given to NoBroker. NoBroker will verify the claim, which may include physical visit of the property premises
The property price in the sale deed should be equal or higher than the one given to NoBroker relationship manager at the time of plan subscription
I don't know where it is mentioned like refund won't be provided when the buyer is backed out. Doesn't make any sense.
Voxya team please help me in this regard.
Like me I think many people are losing their hard earned money.
