NOBROKER Com - NoBroker Legal service not handing over my original katha documents of 2 properties and incomplete s

Purchased complete Katha assist package for * properties on Mar **, **** from Nobroker. Nobroker completed the Katha transfer on July **, **** and shared soft copies. From that time following up with them for delivering original Katha certificates but they are not responding. Nobroker Lawyer confirmed that he sent the original Katha certificates to Nobroker team. Past seven months I’m keep on calling on their customer care / legal team and requesting in email. But not a single call the reverted to me or giving back my certificates. They did not complete the work even after ** months. BBMP name and mobile number change not completed. BESCOM name change and mobile number change not completed. I’m totally fedup with the Nobroker and no other alternative other than taking legal action.
