I paid a booking amount of Rs. **,*** on *th December **** for the interiors of my new flat to NoBroker. I received the invoice and quotation for the same on *th December ****. After reviewing the quotation, I sent an email requesting a refund on **th December ****. However, the NoBroker team is stating that they will consider only the payment date, not the invoice date, for the refund and are unwilling to refund my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
