I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker Interiors regarding transparency, communication, and material specifications.
At the time of onboarding and initial quotation discussions, HDHMR material specifications were reflected in the quotation and communicated during project discussions. Based on these specifications, I proceeded with the project and payments.
Later during the process, I discovered that the material specification had been changed from HDHMR to HDWR without any clear prior communication or explicit informed consent from my side.
Had this change been transparently communicated at the beginning, I would not have proceeded further with the design discussions and project continuation.
Despite raising concerns multiple times, I experienced:
* poor and delayed communication,
* repeated follow-ups for clarification,
* inconsistent responses,
* and generic replies that failed to address the actual issue.
I requested cancellation and refund due to loss of trust and lack of transparency. However, my refund request was repeatedly denied.
I have maintained all supporting evidence including quotations, screenshots, emails, grievance records, and communication history. The matter has already been escalated through consumer complaint channels including National Consumer Helpline and e-Daakhil.
I request proper resolution, cancellation, and refund for the losses and inconvenience caused.
