Nobroker Interiors - NoBroker Interiors HS Order cancellation and denying for booking amount refund

I was looking for home interior services and got notification/post on Facebook so sent an enquiry to nobroker Interiors they called me and explained about services and materials. I asked them to provide quotation it was less as compared to other vendors after discount. I decided to go with booking and paid ***** as booking amount. After */* days they assigned one person as designer (Priyanka Nagarajan) and came for site measurements. After that they took */* days to provide revised quotation and provided out of budget quotation.
So, I called them and said I want my booking money back because the price nobroker offered was too high.
I requested a cancellation, but the sales representative Ganesh Bhagat refused to give me a refund, claiming that the design process had already begun but the designer asked me for the consent and I haven't provided to start the design phase because of an over-budget quote.
So, practically nothing has been started. Also, they haven't prepared any *D design module.
The booking amount is too important for me and my family and I can't give up that much money.
I would request you to help me in getting my refund.
