I entrusted Nobroker company with the responsibility of transforming my living space, but unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues that have not only halted the work but also caused significant distress and negatively impacted my professional performance. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service provided by your company. I would like to bring the following concerns to your immediate attention:

Halted Work and Delayed Timelines:
Regrettably, the work on the project has come to a complete halt, contrary to the agreed timelines. This unexpected delay has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine. The delay in completing the project is highly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and commitment of NoBroker Interior Services.

Poor Communication and Frequent Executive Changes:
Throughout the duration of the project, I have faced immense challenges in maintaining effective communication with NoBroker Interior Services. The constant change of assigned executives has resulted in a lack of continuity and accountability. This has made it extremely difficult to address concerns, seek updates, and obtain timely resolutions. The absence of a proper point of communication has caused additional frustration and hindered the progress of the project.

Design Errors:
Upon inspection of the work completed thus far, I discovered multiple design errors that have severely compromised the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the living space. Specifically, the dressing unit has been wrongly designed, resulting in a waste of space and inadequate storage capacity. Furthermore, the color scheme used for the membrane shutters does not match the agreed-upon specifications. These design discrepancies not only indicate a lack of attention to detail but also disrupt the overall harmony and vision of the project.

Mental Trauma and Workplace Performance Impact:
The ongoing delays, poor communication, and design errors have caused significant mental trauma and distress. The uncertainty surrounding the completion of the project, combined with the adverse living conditions, has adversely affected my mental well-being and concentration at my workplace. The constant worry and disruption have hampered my professional performance, making it difficult to meet deadlines and fulfill my work responsibilities effectively.

Considering the gravity of the situation and the effect these issues have had on my personal and professional life, I demand the following actions be taken immediately:

Prompt Resumption of Work and Clear Timeline:
I insist on the immediate resumption of work on the project and the provision of a clear and realistic timeline for completion. It is imperative that this timeline be strictly adhered to, ensuring minimal further disruption to my living arrangements and job performance.

Compensation for Delay:
Due to the significant delays in the project, I request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and disruption caused. This compensation should cover any additional expenses incurred, including temporary accommodation, storage costs, and any other related inconveniences caused by the delay.

Dedicated and Effective Communication Channel:
I demand the establishment of a dedicated and reliable point of communication that ensures consistent updates, prompt responses to queries, and a single point of contact throughout the remainder of the project. This will facilitate effective coordination and resolution of any future concerns, ensuring a smoother communication process.

Rectification of Design Errors:
NoBroker Interior Services must rectify the design errors promptly. This includes rectifying the wrongly designed dressing unit and ensuring that the color scheme of the membrane shutters aligns with the originally agreed specifications. The rectification should be carried out at no additional cost to me and with a commitment to meeting the agreed-upon design standards.
