This is the founders response. Interesting !!! —- Please see my honest first hand feedback. The founder doesn’t respond to me on Twitter - I hope he sees this!
**YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE FABRICATED QUERIES AND RESPONSES ACROSS THE THREADS HERE. PEOPLE TAKING NAMES OF THE RMs AND THANKING THEM — THEY ARE ARE FAKE AND MANIPULATED RESPONSES. **
The company outright **OVERSELLS** their premium plans. The make **FALSE PROMISE AND OVER COMMIT.** I was told on the sales call that my property would be rented out *within one week maximum. *
**My experience has been horrible !! And I have been cheated by these ****FRAUDSTERS****.** There is a lot of “display” of processes and skilled manpower that they have - While the truth is they have nothing. *NoBroker is nothing short of a fly-by-night operator.

They first guy I spoke to immediately pressured me into buying a premium plan. He made false statements - That within a weeks time the property would rented out, as premium customers are given preference. **I was convinced and ended up buying their HIGHEST-PREMIUM MONEY-BACK (THUGGERY) PLAN.

after that is another annoying thing - **The field manager (FM)** wasn’t assigned to me for a while. Then some random FM guy called me up & the original FM is on leave. **LACK OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. **
These FMs are also a piece of work. I didn’t find the person knowledgeable at all. Also, he said he is single-handedly response the entire western line of Mumbai (ie: From Kandivli to Dadar to Byculla). People who know Mumbai - will easily understand how large the area is, and can’t be humanly addressed by one individual. So you can image what type of service it you get with ONE individual handling about */* of the city. **POOR STAFFING AND UNSKILLED REPRESENTATIVES**
In all the time (across the transaction) - I kept following up for the FM to come come and take photographs and start the process - Several days were wasted in the process.
They also show you **FAKE INQUIRIES**- or increased count of people who have interest in the property. **HOWEVER ONLY ONE SITE VISIT WAS DONE IN THIS TIME. **
**THE TRAP - LOOPHOLE WHERE THEY DROWN PREMIUM CUSTOMERS.** I told the account manager very clearly that the BOTH rent and the deposit were **NEGOTIABLE**. So ‘X’ amount of rent and ‘Y’ amount deposit was agreed. *Remember - That they input this into the system, while you answer queries on phone. So you really don’t know what’s being input*. **And when they fail to get clients / tenants they use this so-called data to refuse your refunds.

**WHY I CALL THEM CHEATS & FRAUDS** — Being frustrated of the pathetic and worthless “Premium”; I started looking for tenants on my own. And I closed the deal on my own. I sent my rental agreement for them process the refund. I even have a written communication from the so-called RM lady that my ****Exact Words in email** *****"I have raised a request for your refund to the refund team, YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND WITHIN *-** WORKING DAYS".

***BOTTOMLINE - Even their written assurances have no value. Suddenly an “imaginary “refund team” came into the picture and denied my refund. ***
***it’s been over a month now - Another random escalation manager keeps calling me to NOT put bad reviews, and that my request has been rejected on the grounds of a shortfall of **K (which is a meager amount); despite expressly mentioning the fact that BOTH rent + deposit are negotiable.

There are several consumer complaint forums where you can find several victims of their paid schemes. I have made it my personal mission to teach these frauds a lesson, by means possible.
