Nobroker were constantly calling me every day, trying to persuade me to use their khata transfer service. Finally, I gave in and booked their Service by paying Rs **,***/- on **th July with a confirmation from Sales team that I will have to pay only the Govt fee(*% of property stamp value) additionally. However, things went downhill from there.
Next day(**th July) I got a call from their RM informing about additional fee called INCIDENTAL charges of Rs *,***/- to avail the service. I disagree with that as this wasn’t communicated by the Sales team.
Subsequently, I requested for a refund from NoBroker on the same day without availing any of their service since they weren’t transparent about charges and couldn’t process my service as promised by the Sales team.
After requesting them many times for a week, they informed me of initiating REFUND after deducting Rs *,***/- with ETA as * to * working days on **nd July. I requested them to confirm the Deduction reason and Breakup for the Deduction over an email as I haven’t availed any of their service.
But I have neither received REFUND nor the email confirming Deduction Breakup and Reason even after * working days.
Now they stopped responding my emails and holding my money Rs **,***/- illegally without any update.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
