Lack of Communication: Throughout this process, I faced repeated negligence and lack of communication from NoBroker’s team, despite my numerous emails and calls. Their apathy has only added to my frustration and stress.
Service Failures: NoBroker failed to deliver on their promises:
I was enrolled in a non-refundable plan contrary to what was communicated during the sales call.
Wrong plans were suggested, and I faced repeated Relationship Manager (RM) changes, wasting valuable time.
No actionable leads were provided for tenant searches in Bangalore, forcing me to secure services from external sources.
The false accusations in their response—blaming me for discrepancies in rent and deposit amounts—are unacceptable. These discrepancies arose because NoBroker’s services failed, leaving me no choice but to secure a tenant outside their platform. Their deliberate attempt to evade accountability reflects a lack of integrity.

Additionally, the repeated follow-ups, lack of resolution, and false accusations have severely impacted my health, as evidenced by the attached medical prescription. I urge you to take strict action against NoBroker for their unprofessionalism and misleading practices.

This is not just my story—many customers are being deceived daily by NoBroker’s unethical practices. It is imperative that the government intervenes to prevent such misconduct and protect consumers from further harm.

I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate penalties for NoBroker to ensure they are held accountable and my refund to be processed
