I had booked for house shifting to be done today. The team is not taking responsibility for all the horrible miscommunication and now we are stranded without being able to shift our goods and move to our new house. The staff don’t want to take responsibility for all the miscommunication and don’t know the basic that a * feet high vehicle will not be enough to load * big steel almirahs. Today they realised that they should have sent someone to do the site visit and now asking us to pay additional *k to add another vehicle. How stupid can the support staff be to not able to send someone to do site visit even after we suggested the same. Schedule was to start shifting by * am and so far no proper alternate solution has been provided and we have gone through lot of mental stress as they have not provided refund of the initial amount. It has been * hours since we have been on call with the executive and worst is that executive made fun of my wife thinking he is on mute but he still continues the conversation without providing refund. I had posted on Twitter too but there has been no proper response as till now we are the ones calling their executives. Such unprofessional set of folks from top to bottom
