I already have an open complaint. Total amount paid for freedom plan was **** and I reported more than **-** property and called them almost ** times related to this and they confirmed it will be added after I complete all ** contacts. They mention parking is there for no parking, they put fake photos for nasty properties and customers to view the contacts and increase engagement on website by giving fake info. If you report a property, no one will reach out for that. When I complained again, they say we see * property reported and all * are reimbursed. This led me to raise complaint in voxya. With no further actions from them. They closed the complaint. The last contact I viewed after the complaint I thought of visiting, that had fake photos. I am attaching the screenshot of what I emailed them, no reply to that. I just after their ignorance and stating again on voxya we see reported contacts are placed. Its telling me to upgrade to view a new contact and in * mins someone from sales is calling to buy a new plan or upgrade. Its a nasty cut throat cheapest company I have dealt with in my life. They take seriously it seems, tell them to attach proof of how many I reported, or they resolved it with me directly even after I raised complaint. Please find the screenshots attached.
I need the money back. I don't want their stupid contacts or deal with such a nasty company
