I made my tuition fee payment on ** August ****.
The Tuition fee amount is **,*** and *** rs towards the service fee.
I have paid a total of ***** INR.

I have even submitted the tuition fee receipt for the same.

So, if the details provided are correct, and I have submitted a valid tuition fee receipt for the tuition i have been enrolled from the beneficiary.
I want to know the reason on what grounds you have declined the Payment and looted the Service charge for the service which you declined.
Carefully answer the above question as I have all the relevant proofs of the transaction and I will file the same with District Consumer Court, and your response will be noted too.
I need an explanation on the same
If the transaction has failed then why are you not refunding my ***Rs service charges?
Don't say, the service charge is non-refundable because there is no service NoBroker has provided here. Service means transferring money to the beneficiary, which NoBroker has not provided and declined the payment.
Then on what basis (or) why are you charging a service fee?
I want my service fee ***Rs to be refunded immediately along with the transaction fee or else I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court regarding your malpractice and will seek additional damage charges also.
I need a resolution on the same as early as possible.
