Nobroker - Nobroker did not deliver the service

Lack of Service Delivery: I paid for a service with the expectation of their promise to rent out the property.
No concrete actions have be been taken in a timely and effective manner by nobroker. I’ve received little to no value, and the leads provided have been completely irrelevant.

Unilateral Contract Terms: When I requested a refund, I was told that NoBroker is not accepting refunds, which is not acceptable given your clear failure to deliver the promised services. The terms seem to be defined entirely to your benefit, without taking customer rights or satisfaction into consideration.

Exploitation of Customers: As a paying customer, I feel that NoBroker has taken advantage of my trust by not delivering on its promises, and this appears to be a pattern of exploitation.
I am formally requesting a full refund of ₹*,*** due to the complete non-delivery of service. I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this issue, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through social media and relevant consumer protection forums.
