If I call to any number there is a Covid-** caller tune come after that Airtel's caller tune "Recharge from home to your family and friends with Airtel thanks app" was come after if the receiver receive the call, I and the person in call didn't here anything. To talk with any person I have to call * times and need to spend * minutes to wait to talk with that person.
If I call to same number within minute call connects immediately. If by any means I called late means I call after * minutes the same process I have to face.
For every number I have to face these torture in Airtel Telecoms.
For this issue I called to customer care service they told that Covid-** caller tune is govt. of India order, I agree to that point but why I can't here anything after that caller tune & Why Airtel introduce "Recharge from home to your family and friends with Airtel thanks app" caller tune with that. these are all gets my mental irritations.
Also they denied to stop Airtel caller tune.
I got so much irritated by this and hesitate to call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
