I had ordered a product on TataCLiQ on ** September ****. The expected delivery date was fourth of October but the product has not been delivered nor there has been any updates regarding the same. I have been trying to contact the customer service team for the resolution and the compensation for this but nobody seems to reply or give me a resolution. I have raise my voice and Twitter a lot of times and sent about ** emails to the customer service team but still nobody is ready to help or give me a resolution
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
