Vero Moda - No updates on Return

I have ordered white sneakers from the online website. I got the parcel delivered after * days with white sneakers but brown sole which was totally different from the online display image. Also, I have been trying to return the order but couldn't. No support was there neither from their mail part nor support call. Finally, on **/**/** I was able to place my return order. Hence again no updates. Finally was able to get in touch on **/**/**. Executive asked me that my parcel will be collected on working day i.e. on Monday. Again no updates. And today when I called him he's asking for another * days to take the parcel and then + ** days to get my money back. Really frustrating.
