Vero Moda - Return not getting picked nor providing refund

I had called for a Vero moda off white relaxed fit pullover from TATA CLIQ I haven’t returned the product yet but Tata cliq people have marked the status saying return complete and quality check failed due to which I’m not being able to return the product which is with me and not fiting me
I want to return the product and get my refund
It’s been more than ** days I’m asking them to pick up my product but not responding to my complaint and just sending the same message we are still investigating.. please help its mentally torturing me
