Vero moda - Package received but one of the mentioned item was missing

I placed an order for a vero moda jacket and one more item from AJIO website and paid ₹****/- in advance for the same. the jacket cost was ₹****/-. When I received the parcel it was a very small packet having only one item in it where As the enclosed invoice mentioned both the items enclosed. The parcel was not damaged it was properly sealed. I showed the same to the delivery guy and he said I need to complaint about the same on AJIO website as he can not do anything, he just delivered what he received. Now, when I complaint on AJIO customer care and wrote multiple emails with parcel pics etc.. They open my complaint and close it on their own without resolving it. But actually nobody ever resolved this complaint.. till today I have received the missing item nor any refund. Now I’m afraid to shop from AJIO and will never shop from any reliance store. I felt cheated as company takes no responsibility and it is completely customers risk. For me loosing ₹****/- Is a big amount.
