My Air india Flight AI*** from Mumbai to Nagpur *st May **** was canceled by Air India due to operational issues. Received the mail for same. Then when trying to reach customer care they are not responding. Cutting down the calls, asking to send the mails etc.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
