Makemytrip - No support from makemytrip for both flights and hotels booked through it

I have bene booking my trips (flights, buses, hotels etc.) through makemytrip only. Recently from **** itself, makemytrip has been providing terrible services in respect of the bookings. and just ten days ago, my flight booked through their portal was cancelled by the airline and I was the one following up everywhere (with the airlines, makemytrip) and the makemytrip people are so insensitive that they said they dont have any responsibility for flight cancellation. However I managed that somehow, but right before completion of my trip, the airline handed me over the damaged baggage and said they dont have any responsibility and its just a normal wear and tear. at this, I contacted the makemytrip people, to no surprise, they did not respod over chat and on call they first made me wait for ** minutes on long hold and then said they dont have any responsibility. This is the only recent incidence happened just yesterday ** Feb ****, there had been earlier incidences with hotel and flight bookings where no support is provided and there is always some spends occuring through my makemytrip wallet which have never been warranted by me and makemytrip is not even doing anything for this. Somebody is making purchases through my makemytrip wallets which means definitely its makemytrip person only as they are not even investigating into it. Now please tell me, if makemytrip doesnt have any responsibility, why it is operating and booking passengers' flights? It doesnt provide any support. why the passengers have to pay extra charges to makemytrip when they just deny their responsiblity in a snap and get away?
