I had placed my order on **th or December and initially it was suppose to be delivered on **th. But there is no update on the status so far. I tried reaching out to the customer case, but both the representative that I have talked to so far did not help. I am not able to cancel my order also. In the app it is showing approximate delivery on **th December, although today is already **th December.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
