Dear Derma Co Customer Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order placed through your platform.
I had ordered * sunscreen products from your website/app. However, upon receiving the package, I was extremely disappointed to find that the box was completely empty. This is highly unacceptable and raises concerns about the reliability of your delivery and packaging process.
I have already attempted to contact your customer service team multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication is further adding to my frustration.
I request you to look into this matter immediately and provide a resolution at the earliest—either by sending the correct products or issuing a full refund.
Please note that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter and consider taking legal action for this negligence and inconvenience caused.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
