I placed an order with The Derma Co during their Buy * Get * Free (B*G*) sale on August **, ****. Despite full payment and receiving confirmation of my order, I have not received the products even after **+ days.
I have attempted to contact customer support via phone, email, and their ticketing system, but have received no response. Multiple customers who participated in this B*G* sale since April **** are experiencing the same issue
