I have purchased an independent tv connection in last october and i have been facing all sorts of problems like improper signal, no signal, deletion of channels , freezing of STB ( does not respond to remote ) when HT channels are tried and so on. Now for last * days completely zero signal and date on tv shows Jan ****. Even to complain help line is not active and local dealer is not approchable. This has become a mental torture almost very frequently.
I request Independent tv officials to look into the priblem. STB sl.no ***************
