I have purchased Airtel DTH connection on Dec **. The guy updated my wrong mobile no. on the portal. After * month I have to change my DTH plan for which I called multiple time on customer care but guys not interested to listen & not in providing a solution. Also, share incorrect Information that's why I have a recharge of *** three times in one month. Somehow I have changed my DTH plan manually with the help of someone. After ** days lots of selected channels are not coming. Till now neither my registered no. changed nor subscribed channel is coming. I want to return this set box now. Really a very bad experience.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
