Dear Sir / Madam,
There has been a problem with my Ola S* Pro scooter for almost * month since *.*.**, I am not able to ride the scooter and it has been * month since I complained but till now (*.*.**) no technician has come home to fix the scooter. I have called Ola Customer Care several times and informed them about the problem but I have not received any solution since last * month. I doubt whether my scooter will be repaired or not? I request you to kindly look into the matter and get the problem of my scooter fixed.
Scooter problem: whenever I start the scooter the display shows "scooter issue switch to park mode" after that restart option appears on the screen. I have restarted and rebooted several times but the scooter problem has not been resolved.
