I bought a brand new TV from Reliance Digital on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore and the TV was delivered on **-Apri-****.
Withing few weeks only, the remote went faulty hence I raised a service request for repair on **-May-****. It has been ** days but nothing has been done.
I also lodged a compliant with the Reliance complaint team but nothing yet been done.
The team also does not want to provide any timelines and neither were they willing to share the reference numbers for my complaint when I said that I will lodged a Complaint on Consumer Forum / Court.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
