I am an Airtel customer form past * years and form * days there is no service for my mobile at present i am using iphone *s i thought it was my phone problem and brought a new mobile then it was found no service in new mobile and also i went to apple service center they clarified it was sim problem on the same day i took the new sim with same number it has been * days no service till now i have tried talking to cutomer service people and also irritated by listening there stories.
i had many emergency calls form * days
i had a loss of money
i had a huge loss of time form * days
the penality should be paid by airtel.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
