Received the product on ** Sept . Put a return request on * Oct itself for return coz of lace difference. Sent them pictures too. No return pickup till date. No way to talk to them the customer care is always closed or busy. No response of multiple tickets raised.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
