Rajiv Patel filed complaint against Air India on Dec 24, 2020
I am a NRI who bought a Air India Business Class ticket and cancelled it (acknowledged by Customer Care). I have since (** days) now heard about any official acknowledgement of cancellation or any information regarding refund. I have called their customer care number at least ** times, each time I get a different answer or they just hang up. I have sent emails to contactus@airindia.in, ecommerce@airindia.in, opened cases on the Ecommerce website that has not been reviewed in ** days. I am very frustrated, would never ever travel this airline (right now unfortunately there are no options) and would like help to get information on my case. Please help.
If they treat a business class passenger this poorly I can just imagine how they would treat other passengers. No wonder this airline is making losses. PM Modi should just shut it down. It is a black mark on the brand "INDIA".
