Cleartrip Flights - No response on Refund amount from cleartrip

I booked my ticket from United states to hyderabad india to travel in ** May’**** through cleartrip. Due to covid-**, the british airlines cancelled by ticket & asked me to take the refund amount from travel agent i.e. from cleartrip. I got emails from cleartrip stating that my refund amount will be processed within ** days & will be transferred in my account. The duration has already elapsed& there is no response from cleartrip on my emails and phone calls. Please help me out to get my refund amount as am jobless & everyone knows about the current situation
