Reem filed complaint against Zara on Jul 26, 2021
I had been delivered wrong product , and soon as I contacted Zara they agreed for a replacement which later after more than * weeks they’re asking for a refund
That too after I tried contacting them
Very bad service!!!!!!!!!!! Being such a big brand very disappointed!!!
After making me wait for such a long time which is more than a month now
There’s no response nothing .
I would love to go for a refund since I’m not interested on you’re products anymore
