Kwabey - Refund Issue NonRefund Deficiency in Service

I placed a prepaid order on Kwabey.com (Order ID: *******) for * T-shirts worth ₹*** on ** April **** through Google Pay UPI.

The payment was successfully completed and the amount was debited from my bank account. However, the company cancelled my order from their side without any prior notice or proper reason and refunded the amount into their internal wallet on ** April **** instead of refunding it to my original payment method.

For more than one month, I have been unable to use the wallet balance because the website continuously shows “Technical wallet error” during checkout. I am also unable to withdraw the amount back to my bank account.

I contacted the company multiple times through email, phone calls, and Instagram messages, but they have not provided any proper response or resolution.

This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request immediate refund of ₹*** to my original payment method/bank account and necessary action against the company.
