I ordered a product after seeing an advertisement on Instagram page ***KMPH Official. The website looked genuine, so I placed the order online and made the payment. After that, the merchant stopped responding and has not provided any clear update. I have also seen many similar complaints from other customers, so I suspect this may be an online fraud. My order ID is ******** and the mobile number used for the order is **********. I request cyber crime authorities to investigate and help recover my money.
