I ordered a product after seeing an advertisement on Instagram page ***KMPH Official. I placed the order online and made the payment. After that, the merchant didn't give any shipping details and has delayed it multiple times and has not provided any clear update. I have also seen many similar complaints from other customers, so I suspect this may be an online fraud. My order ID is ********.
