Ordered clothing on ***kmph.com on **/**/**.
Order ID - ************. Paid using UPI. Order was confirmed but there was no promised delivery date mentioned. Over a week has passed and there is still no communication from ***kmph.com. Customer care does not respond to emails and their phone number (+******* *****) is always switched off.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
