Sir/Ma’am, I had two Airtel mobile numbers ********** and ********** and an Airtel Broadband Fibre Xtreme ***Mbps connection No. ************. I was going to port my Airtel mobile numbers to Vodafone because there was not much reception in the area I live in. Only Vodafone has a fine mobile network. I ported my numbers and paid in excess of Rs. ***.** for my Airtel number **********. Airtel representative Kuldeep called me and asked for my Cheques and Bank statements, I shouted at him for asking for Bank statement as it violated my privacy. Finally he agreed and asked me to send him the image of the cancelled cheques which I did. He said he has shared it with the refunds team and to this day, I do not have any information about that refund despite my repeated efforts to reach him/Airtel. I took Airtel Broadband plan ***Mbps speed connection on October **th. Made an advance * month payment of ****.** for the Airtel Broadband on October **th ****. Tech came and installed the broadband only on October **th **** the day I relocated to Kochi, Ernakulam. Airtel representative Midhun was the person whom I spoke to, to get the connection installed. I was not informed by Airtel that their speeds are capped on their *.*Ghz channel to **Mbps despite what ever plan you have with Airtel and the *Ghz channel has severe issues which was not emitting proper speed and I had connectivity issues which almost got me fired from my job. Thus, within a span of two weeks, I had raised a disconnection request on November **th **** after their tech visits and nothing was done. Also their techs were equipped with devices which had Wifi version*. I am using an ordinary device which only has Wifi version * and I was billed inappropriatly for a service which I didn't use much and a pro-rate of Rs.***.** has been applied against the final bill of Rs.****.**. I also took another local Broadband service provider to save my career and save my life. So my mobile refund of Rs. ***.** and my broadband refund for Rs. *,***.**, amounting to a total amount of Rs. *,***.** is pending from Airtel. I have also sent them the cancelled cheque copies and still there is no response about my refund. Please help.
