We have booked flight tickets using Air india website from Vijayawada to tirupathi on March **nd and return flight on **th March from Tirupathi to Vijayawada,Due to Corona out break and as per the government guidelines and TTD guidelines we have planned to postponed the journey to May.
To Postpone the tickets we called customer care team several times and haven't received proper response to our questions and finally they asked us to visit Air India City Office and talk to them,when we checked with them they said we cannot postpone the ticket as there are no flights during May/june from Vijayawada to tirupathi and asked us to cancel the tickets but if we cancel the tickets hardly we will get Rs:***-*** per tickets which is not fair as we spent nearly **,*** on flight tickets.
So we requested them to Reroute our tickets form Hyderabad to Tirupathi instead of Vijayawada as there are no flight from Vijayawada.if not asked to pay the full money to us with out any cancellation charges.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
