Justdial Ltd - NO RESPONSE FOR MY CASH

Am the properiotor of NC*U SOLUTIONS. My registered mobile number is **********. Reg - worst support and no update regarding my services and payment.

This was my first deal with you and I hope this will be my last. After a long followup a Telemarking girl Abi from Justdial dial team followed me for a deal. I requested for a cpl type services. And she coordinated Mr. Rafi to attend my lead.

And Mr. Rafi visited me on *rd March **** and gaved the commitment for Cost per lead service for **** and including GST **** ,after me and Rafi spoked with his manager Chandrasekar .

After that days passed, still no update. Never used your services. Then finally on **th night Rafi called me and said his boss chandrasekar raised a mail and it was not a loopmail to Justdial team to refund the amount.

And I didn't received any transfers or messages yesterday **th and today **th also I didn't have any update. After that I asked for a screenshot of that mail with Rafi as a customer.He said that he aksed with his boss. Anyway. They didn't provide that. Why you Justdial guys. Completely scam . Worst support ever had .
