Air India Airlines - No response by Air India to reschedule my reservation in time

It's **th March today and my flight is booked for **th March.
I have been contacting air India for the last * days to reschedule my travel booked with them on air India website.
However there online portal is not working, mails are not getting any responses, call center either not working or not taking call or taking call just to disconnect.
I had tried calling them from my local number outside India and from India through my brother to their international/national/local help centres. None of these numbers picked up the calls. The people who picked up calls either could not help me to reschedule or disconnected call after long waits.
I am not sure how this going to result but anyway filing a complaint here so that quick action can be taken well in time before it's too late.
