It is almost * months Yatra continue to provide wrong information to me and still hold the money claiming the airline has not released the fund, but the fact is Yatra has not initiated the refund request from Air India. As per my communication with Air India customer support Yatra has to raise the inland to Air India with RAN number for refund which they never did and continue to provide me wrong information that fund is held by airlinea
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
