AIRTEL Xtreme broadband - No resolution after 5 days of raising a complaint

Hi,
I had bought Airtel Xtreme broadband connection at my home on **-**-****. After working for * days it stopped working from afternoon **-**-****. So we raised a complaint on same date with ticket id : ***********. We also received SMS that an engineer has been allocated to resolve the issue. But till date nobody has arrived.
So we called customer care almost every day and asked them to escalate the matter. They kept on saying that the issue will be resolved on same day.
But no action from Airtel Xtreme broadband. So we demand for refund complete amount but now they are saying that they can't initiate refund as there is * month lock-in period for that.
Net-net , we paid for broadband services and neither their service is working nor they intend to resolve issue plus they are not ready to refund complete amount.
So I want either complete refund + compensation for the trouble that I am facing till date.
