AIRTEL Xtreme broadband - Refund from Airtel Xtreme Fiber

I bought the fiber internet connection from Airtel Xtreme Fiber on date * April **** and because of relocation, I had to disconnect the connection on ** May ****. The company executive said your disconnect request is procced and it will be closed in **-** days. they will provide the refund of rupees **** will be procced and will reach to you in ** working days. Today is * sep **** and still no refund is provided by airtel. The installation guy blocked me and when trying to contact airtel, every time they say it will be done on **-** days.
