I have engaged Nobroker Property Management service (CPMUM****) for my flat in Thane, Maharashtra.
Nobroker has stopped crediting me the rent for the last * months (from Jan ****) just mentioning that the tenant has stopped receiving their calls. There has been no follow ups from Nobroker for the rent with no other action being taken.
Nobroker is not able to evict the tenant even though the agreement has expired.
Nobroker is not able to take keys from the tenant and they just sent legal paper to the tenant with no action taken.
Nobroker Relationship Manager doesn't respond on my emails or phone and all the followups need to be done by me.
Nobroker has not provided any service and when asked for a mutual termination of contract has deducted service charges for the months where rent has not been credited.
There is no accounts statement provided even after multiple follow ups.
Nobroker has provided pathetic service, causing both waste of time and money and more work for me and they need to compensate for the same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
