My refund is initiated by the airlines but yatra is continuously delaying my refund process. No replies to emails , no customer service number . I have sent detailed emails many times but I got no reply .
It is sole responsibility of such big travel agency to grant the consumers refund at the earliest in this pandemic situation .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
