This is regarding a fossil watch worth **** rupees that I ordered on *th august **** from shoppers stop app and received a wrong/different fossil watch. I made a return and refund request, my product was picked up but no refund was made. I am left with neither my product nor the money since then i am trying to get in touch with the company via email and calls but no response and only false hopes were given to me. this is a fraudulent act on the part of the company and are exploiting their Comsumers.
