I had booked Jammu to Srinagar flight and paid ****/-. I recieved a mail through Travolook that your Booking is In-Progress with booking reference number : REF*********. However, within ** seconds i recieved the call from the Travolook that due to variability in fare, if you pay extra **** plus rs we will send you confirmed ticket ( i refused) and recieved the mail as Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in due to fare expiration. I contacted Travolook both via call and email and they respond that you will recive your refund within **-** working days. But it is now more than ** working days, they have not refunded the amount. I called them several times they said within *-* it will be refunded, but didnt recieve yet. As i am a student, small amount means a lot for me. Sir, please look into the matter and help to resovle the same.
