Regarding recent order #FN********** , we have already received the product on *th April'**** and delivery status is not updated yet.
We have already made payment for this via UPI for amount ****.** INR.
why delivery status is not updated yet? Do we have any solution to this issue?
Can you look into this before you point on return policies which we are not aware of?. We have already made payment for this shipment, so where is that money we paid gone?
Please revert with an ETA for this issue first as it's been a month we are awaiting for a solution from your side. Is this the value you give to your customers?. We don't expect such from a company like AJIO. It's been years we are using this service and now we are thinking twice.

Coming back to your comments, Please find the attached image and it says nowhere that the product cannot be returned, and if that is the case then it has to be clearly mentioned on the Ajio App that certain products are categorized as non-returnable. According to the statement you mentioned previously in your email "The item Revolution * NN running shoes happens to be a non-returnable product", has not been mentioned anywhere on the app.
Almost a month? And still you are trying to call rather getting this resolved?
Aren't you ashamed of this ? It is pitty to get back to you guys often and spoon feed you every time.You had all details from us but just dragging in order to steal money from your customers?
What sort of customer service are you providing? Some group of scammers?
I don't want any more tricks of fraud from you guys. I need my full refund plus compensation for your stupidity.
