Air India - No refund or voucher for the cancelled flight
Thejeswi Kaymballi Shankar filed complaint against Air India on May 9, 2021
Flight was booked for **th Jan. Then it was postponed by a week by paying the additional amount. But the ticket for the postponed date was not received, hence the ticket was cancelled. Multiple mails have been written to the Air India executives, no response over mail or from the call centre.
